Tell us about the work, not the technology.
Describe the process that's costing you the most time. We'll come back with an honest read on whether it's worth automating — including when the answer is no.

The questions we get asked first
How long until something is actually running?
Four weeks is typical from kickoff to a first system running against live data, and the first week of that is mapping rather than building. Anything materially more complex we'll say so during scoping, before you commit to it.
How do you price the work?
Fixed price per system, quoted from a written scope, so you're not exposed to an open-ended hourly bill. Ongoing support is a flat monthly retainer if you want it and genuinely optional if you don't. Model costs are passed through at cost with no markup.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
It will, occasionally — so the systems are designed for it. Confidence thresholds route uncertain cases to a human instead of guessing, approval gates sit in front of anything expensive or irreversible, and every decision is logged with its reasoning so you can find out what actually happened rather than speculate.
Who owns what you build?
You do. The workflows, prompts, configuration, documentation and data are yours and exportable at any time. We don't train shared models on your data, and we won't hold your operation hostage to keep you subscribed.
Do you work with our existing tools or replace them?
We work with them. Replacing a functioning CRM to accommodate an automation vendor is a bad trade. If a tool genuinely can't support what you need, we'll tell you plainly and show you the cost of both options.
Where does our data go?
Into your own infrastructure wherever that's practical. Model calls go only to providers you've approved, under agreements that exclude training on your inputs. Where requirements are strict, we can deploy entirely inside your own cloud account.
Are you a fit for a small team?
Often, yes — small teams tend to feel manual work most sharply. What matters isn't headcount but whether there's a process that runs often enough to be worth structuring. If there isn't one yet, we'll tell you to wait.
